This is a constantly changing and developing category of my life, especially since the beginning of COVID-19. In June 2020, I took a leap into transforming my lifestyle for the better. Then, I acknowledged more responsibility for my health and began eating more whole foods, increasing daily exercise, and reducing toxins out of my home! I’ve never felt better and I can’t wait to share it with you!

I’ll begin sharing my journey of exploring essential oils, transitioning to a healthy diet, and healthy habits of exercise!
